I am pleased to note that the changes and the dynamic development of Uzbekistan occur not only in socio-economic life of the people, but also in the political sphere. The country has successfully implemented major reforms on democratization and liberalization of the control system, increases the level of well-being and quality of life.
Respect and care for older people in Uzbekistan exalted to the rank of state policy. This once again confirms the high moral values of the Uzbek people.
