Khorezm hosts the Magic of Dance International Festival.
The opening ceremony of the festival, held jointly by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the State Committee for Tourism Development, the khokimiyat of the region and a number of other organizations, was held in Ichan Kala State Museum-Reserve, in Khiva.
Artists from different regions of the country and from a number of foreign countries will perform at the festival. A thorough preparation was conducted to the event, organized in order to promote national dance art, further development of tourism.
Guests and art groups from more than 10 countries have arrived to participate in the festival.
During the three-day festival, it is planned to hold master classes, creative meetings, performances of ensembles, theatrical performances, various exhibitions.
