Charming dance
Tashkent Spring Fifth International Festival of Opera and Ballet Art continues.
The best examples of ballet and choreographic art are shown at the festival, held by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the Art and Culture Development Foundation under this Ministry, the State Academic Grand Theater of Uzbekistan named after Alisher Navoi.
The next stage of the festival was opened by the Tumor dance ensemble. The team not only preserves, but also develops and widely promotes the traditions of Fergana, Khorezm and Bukhara schools of national dance art. Since 2017, this ensemble has been part of the State Academic Grand Theater of Uzbekistan named after Alisher Navoi. Along with national dances in its repertoire there are also the best examples of world dancing art.
A concert of students of Tashkent State Higher School of National Dance and Choreography was also held within the framework of Tashkent Spring festival.
