Director General of the hospital at Chonnam National University in South Korea Yeun Tek Lim congratulated the Uzbek people on the anniversary of independence:
– In recent years, the Korean-Uzbek relations are developing fruitfully in all areas, including in the field of medicine.
As you know, 2015 is declared in Uzbekistan as the “Year of attention and care for the senior generation”. Recently, I visited your country, where we together with Uzbek colleagues conducted several operations for elderly patients. We have seen that over the years of independence, the level of development of the health system in Uzbekistan has increased considerably and is already in line with international standards.
I would like to sincerely congratulate the people of Uzbekistan firmly on the road to a great future, a national holiday! I wish peace, prosperity and well-being.
I am convinced that further deepening and strengthening of cooperation between the two countries will serve the interests of our peoples.
