Namangan Council of UzLiDeP organized a roundtable dedicated to the 24th anniversary of Independence of Uzbekistan.
Representatives of the party and its primary organizations, businesspeople and farmers, as well as others participated in the event.
The participants spoke about achievements of Uzbekistan during independence years in the social, economic and cultural life, in areas such as small business and private entrepreneurship, the development of the farm movement and the welfare of the people.
Over 75% of the gross regional product of Namangan region fell to share of small businesses. Products, produced by the businesses, demanded both in internal and external markets. The modern houses on standard projects are constructed in the region along with development of rural infrastructure.
It was noted that the party also actively works in improving political and legal knowledge of population, attracting women and youth to entrepreneurship.
The participants outlined tasks for further improving the efficiency of propaganda and agitation work, carried out at enterprises, mahallas and institutions in line with the celebrations of the Independence Day of Uzbekistan.
