Fine and Applied Arts Festival

On April 22-27 this year, a traditional Fine and Applied Arts Festival will be held in Uzbekistan, dedicated to the Year of Active Investments and Social Development.
This festival, which will be attended by famous artists and craftsmen, scholars of art, teachers and students, youth of specialized school of art, as well as foreign guests, will be held in Tashkent.
This was discussed at the conference held at the National Press Center.
Chairman of the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan A.Nuriddinov noted that the main purpose of the festival is to familiarize the general public with the rich heritage of national art and its current potential, and most importantly with young creative workers, providing them with comprehensive support. At the same time, shortcomings in this direction were considered.
Various exhibitions, concerts, master classes with participation of well-known performers, national fashion show, meetings and roundtable discussions will be organized within the framework of the festival. Along with paintings of famous masters of fine art, the festival will also present the works of students, gifted young artists.
